We love using Campendium to find awesome campgrounds, RV parks and dump stations. You can filter your search by hookups, elevation, prices and more. The reviews are so helpful. The app is great too!
Facebook Group
Travato Owners and Wannabes
If you have a Travato and Facebook, do yourself the favor of joining this group! It’s a wonderful group of vanlifers and there is so much good information on there. We have had a problem, searched the group and there is our answer! We love it.
Google Maps
Maybe everyone already knows this, but Apple Maps and some car GPS/navigators (we still love our Garmin) are often not up to date. We have encountered closures, both on roads and businesses. We often double-check directions on Google Maps. They seem to be the most up-to-date.
Overlander
We really, really hope that Overlander will get back to it’s old self. It is going through a rough patch and the app no longer works. We used it all the time, it was wonderful specifically for finding rest stops/parking lots on long drive days.
